It is suitable for all common hand-held circular saws and plunge-cut circular saws with a diameter of 165 mm. Special saw blade for machining coated lightweight panels. For use in circular table saws. 254 mm blade. This special saw blade with a diameter of 254 mm is ideal for processing our coated Queenply panels on circular table saws. With it, you can easily and cleanly saw and cut all composite surfaces of our lightweight panels. Due to the high number of saw teeth, you will succeed in making clean cuts without fraying. And because the saw teeth are made of high-quality metal, the saw blade is not only durable. You also get an optimal end result. Wooden dowel in pin form. Finish: red beech ribbed. For easy connection of wooden elements. The corrugated dowels made of beech are of high quality and are very suitable for invisible connection of individual wooden elements. The right ratio of length (30 mm) and diameter (6 mm) of each dowel allows to achieve good tensile and compressive strength. The dowels are chamfered at both ends. This makes it easier for you to countersink the dowels in the respective drill hole. The longitudinal grooves of the corrugated dowels are particularly suitable for absorbing wood glue. The galvanized steel screws with full thread and countersunk head are the ideal accessories for the construction of furniture or other interior fittings such as exhibition stands, store fitting or carcass construction with our Queen. Due to the full thread starting directly under the screw head, high load-bearing connections are possible, and the screws are designed for increased screw pull-out force. So you can use them to build really sturdy furniture, attach fittings and hinges, connect individual panels together or make strong screw connections in substructures. In principle, the fully threaded screws are suitable for constructing high load-bearing steel-wood, hardware-wood or panel material-wood connections designed for pull-out. Without pre-drilling and for metal-wood or wood-wood connections in furniture, store, yacht or interior construction really well suited. Thanks to the full thread, these screws are designed for increased screw pull-out force. So they pin really well in our Queenply. You may be wondering what the difference is between these and the other full thread screws here in our online store? These screws have an additional center drill point. This allows you to drill into hard surfaces such as HPL or acrylic with pinpoint accuracy and without chipping. The screwing process is somewhat smoother due to the soft thread start. Specially designed for fine work. Suitable for cutting curves and cutouts. For all Queenply surfaces. This jigsaw blade is particularly suitable for the implementation of curves, cutouts or curved cuts. The special tooth pitch of 2 mm makes it possible. Therefore, you can implement all planned fine work of your project with this saw blade. It is suitable for all our surfaces and panel thicknesses between 2 mm and 15 mm and fits in jigsaws with T-shaft mount. The working length is 57 mm. It is important to bear in mind that this saw blade is subjected to much greater stress than others. Therefore, you should replace or sharpen it more frequently during your work than conventional saw blades. As with all saw blades, the same applies here: A fresh, sharpened saw blade naturally cuts best.

For clean cuts without fraying. Especially suitable for real wood veneers. This jigsaw blade should be standard for the processing of your real wood veneer panels. Due to the special, progressive arrangement of the saw teeth, it is perfectly suitable for all our panels with real wood veneer, because the cut edges do not fray due to this characteristic. You can work with all Queenply thicknesses and all veneer variants. The only rule here - as with all other saw blades - is that a fresh, sharpened saw blade naturally cuts best. Therefore, make sure that you always use a sharp saw blade when processing your Queenply. Basically, the saw blade is of very high quality, so you can expect a long service life. It fits jigsaws with a T-shaft and has a working length of 75 mm.

High performance saw blade. For straight and very clean cuts. Ideally suited for HPL and acrylic decors. This high-performance saw blade is ideally suited for straight and clean cuts in thicker panel materials between 5 mm and 85 mm. It is therefore suitable for all our surface coatings. Especially HPL and acrylic surfaces can be processed very well. It fits in jigsaws with T-shaft mount. As with all saw blades, the same applies here: A new, sharpened saw blade naturally cuts best. Therefore, make sure that you always use a sharp saw blade when processing your Queenply. Basically, the saw blade is of very high quality, so that you can assume a long service life. Especially with our coated panel materials, the ambient temperature during processing is important - it should not be too cold or too hot around you.

Galvanized steel. Contracting bottom thread. Gapless mounting. For all Queenply thicknesses. These partially threaded screws with a contracting underhead thread can be used wherever you need a quick and gap-free tightening of wood-wood connections. Due to the underhead thread with low thread pitch and enlarged outer diameter located below the screw head and thanks to the cupped milling elements in the tip, the gap-free connection of second lightweight panels works. And thanks to the partial thread starting immediately after the shank, tightening is possible. In the process, the thread is positioned completely in the lower second component. And it holds really strong. These screws are suitable for all our Queenply thicknesses and finishes. We have them in a length of 30 mm and with a diameter of 3.5 mm here in our store. Contracting underhead thread. Precise positioning. For gap-free mounting. For all Queenply thicknesses. With a length of 40 mm, these partially threaded screws are not only the longest screws in our online store, but are also equipped with a center drill point. This allows you to drill precisely and very cleanly even on harder surfaces. Thanks to the pointed centering mandrel, the screw will not slip. The threaded start of the screws allows you to screw quite quickly afterwards. Due to the contracting underhead thread, you can use these screws wherever you need a quick and gap-free tightening of wood-wood connections. Due to the nature and arrangement of the individual threads, the wooden elements to be screwed together are pulled together extremely strongly. And it holds properly. Due to the underhead thread with low thread pitch and enlarged outer diameter located below the screw head and thanks to the cupped milling elements in the tip, this connection also works without gaps. One-component PU adhesive and sealant. Elastic and versatile. In two colors. Suitable for caravan and ship finishing. This elastic, versatile 1-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant was specially developed for use in boat and ship building and is therefore also ideal for all your Queenply finishing projects due to its elastic properties. Due to its high elasticity, this adhesive and sealant can compensate for material expansion or vibrations (such as when traveling in a campervan). You can use it for various waterproofing jobs and light bonding, plus conditional overcoating. This PU adhesive and sealant is resistant to aging and weathering and permanently resistant to water, salt water, diluted alkalis and acids.
