This jigsaw blade is particularly suitable for the implementation of curves, cutouts or curved cuts. The special tooth pitch of 2 mm makes it possible. Therefore, you can implement all planned fine work of your project with this saw blade. It is suitable for all our surfaces and panel thicknesses between 2 mm and 15 mm and fits in jigsaws with T-shaft mount. The working length is 57 mm.
It is important to bear in mind that this saw blade is subjected to much greater stress than others. Therefore, you should replace or sharpen it more frequently during your work than conventional saw blades. As with all saw blades, the same applies here: A fresh, sharpened saw blade naturally cuts best.

Before you start further processing and finishing work on our lightweight panels, please make sure that you take adequate work safety measures, such as wearing protective goggles and a face mask. It is also advisable to use an exhaust system for the chips, as the lower weight of our queen results in increased dust generation during processing.
As a general rule, it is advisable to wear hearing protection during sawing work and not to start sawing until the saw has reached the correct speed (for circular saws: number of revolutions).
Especially with our coated panel materials, the ambient temperature is important during processing. Therefore, make sure that the room temperature is comfortable when you start.
