Lightweight panel. High quality HPL in white. Different sizes. Pearl matt surface. Forget all the white-coated plywood boards you have used so far. The white decor of our Queenply Multiplex will inspire you. Because we not only pay attention to the technical quality of our wood materials, but also to noble and high-quality surfaces. And even the classic white is in a category of its own. It is pearly matt and feels really velvety. The HPL surface is valuable, but at the same time easy to clean. That's why Multiplex white is perfect for furniture fronts and carcase areas in your van. It can also be combined with other colours or surfaces. Many of our customers choose a wood veneer to complement this. That looks really great. You can order this lightweight panel from us in four different thicknesses. A little tip: The lightweight board in 4.6 mm thickness is covered on one side with permatt white HPL. It is therefore extremely suitable for wall and ceiling panelling. Acrylic decor in gray extremely matt. Velvety soft surface. Dyed through. Lightweight panel.  Easy to process. With our acrylic decor in extremely matt gray, we have a really chic and at the same time timeless decor for you in our program. You can combine this gray wonderfully with bright colors or wood and design a cozy, elegant finish. The advantage of this acrylic decor is its really elegant and high-quality surface. The super-matte look works on its own. The velvety soft surface makes everything doubly beautiful. At the same time, you’re installing real quality here: the surface of the acrylic decor is scratch-resistant, easy to clean and UV-resistant, so the color won’t fade quickly in the sun. In addition, the surface structure is antibacterial. For easy finishing, we will of course apply the decor to our best lightweight panel for you: Queenply, optionally in 15 mm or 18 mm thickness. Oak veneer. Natural look for your extension. In many thicknesses. Forget "rustic oak" and look at our lightweight panel with oak veneer! The wood radiates a homely coziness, the look is simply timeless, and the high-quality veneer can be combined in many ways. Are you looking for the same style for your mobile home on wheels or another wooden project? No problem. We offer our lightweight board with European oak veneer in various thicknesses. The high-quality surface is pre-treated with a caring oil, so that the veneer is additionally moisture-regulating and gets a noble look. The base material is of course Queenply with its low weight of approx. 320 – 350 kg/m3. The applied veneer is about 50% lighter than HPL. For beautiful wall and ceiling paneling in vans or yachts, we have this multiplex in 4mm thickness with veneer on one side in our range. For your furniture construction, you can buy lightweight boards veneered on both sides in 12 mm, 15 mm or 18 mm here in the shop.

Our Queenply with primer foil is the perfect base panel for this. It is coated on both sides with a premium white primer foil, which really saves time and money. Because with this lightweight panel, you don't have to do anything other than choose a great paint in your favorite color and get started. Preparing our Queenply with this foil, we have already taken care of the often time-consuming priming. And you can save money for filler or primer, too. What do you think? The approx. 250g primer foil coating on our Queenply is already preparation enough and suitable for all common paint types. Therefore, this base panel is very suitable for innovative and creative lightweight construction. Whether in the van, for interior finishing of living areas, for the construction of trade fairs or for the expansion of world travel mobile homes: This Queen is the perfect DIY panel for anyone who wants to custom paint. High quality maintenance oil. For all Queenply veneers or edges. Environmentally friendly. Only one coat. If you have chosen one of our veneered Queenply, it is certainly important to you that it gives you pleasure in your van for as long as possible and does not lose its charisma. That's why it's a must to take care of our queenply and treat it with a care oil even before installation to maintain its value and resistance. This applies to all veneers as well as to the raw boards and all edges. Perfect protection and best care for your wood. We have a special recommendation for you: Rubio® Monocoat Maintenance Oil 2C. It is the perfect partner for your Queen. It protects and cares for the wood with just one single coat. Moisture or mechanical damage such as scratches or scratches don't stand a chance. And thanks to the high-quality ingredients, the effect of the beautiful surface is maintained. Extremely resistant. As the oil is also used in parquet and flooring, it is extremely resistant. Just as necessary when travelling in a camper. And it is water and heat resistant - which is another reason why we recommend it for the care of our Queenply. The oil is clear, so it is equally suitable for all veneers and colour shades. One oiling is enough! Important for you: You only have to oil the surface once after sanding! One working step is enough. That's less work for you and you can start installing sooner. If you are a thrifty person: Our oil is even cheaper in the end than some other maintenance oils that have to be applied twice. And that's with the great quality. Extreme Lightweight

Our Queenply boards are definitely among the lightest plywood boards you can buy on the market.

And this despite the fact that they have more middle layers than other multiplex boards. Just for comparison: poplar has a weight of about 450 kg/m³, our Queenply weighs about 330 kg/m³.

So you save a lot of weight when you expand and that saves fuel on your travels: good for the environment, good for your wallet.

In addition, you will notice the lower weight during processing – installation will be much easier!

High Stability

The higher number of middle layers gives the Queenply lightweight boards a really high stability. Screw pull-out resistance and stability are particularly good. This makes it fun to build furniture and create your very own style in the van!

In addition, the stability ensures a long service life for your van interior. Even when driving off-road, nothing will warp. That's why the interior panels are also suitable for off-road campers.

That's right: we have more centre layers in our Queenply, but it is still lighter.

No problem with moisture

Always important when choosing the right finishing board for the interior of a motorhome: Are the boards also moisture-resistant? They have to withstand the climate in the van over the long term.

Our Queen can do that too. The Queenply layers are glued together in a moisture-resistant way using a special process. Thanks to our many years of experience in yacht interior fittings, we glue our plywood and multiplex panels exclusively with a PUR hotmelt. In addition, the glue is waterproof and leads to less tension in the board.
