The corrugated dowels made of beech are of high quality and are very suitable for invisible connection of individual wooden elements. The right ratio of length (30 mm) and diameter (6 mm) of each dowel allows to achieve good tensile and compressive strength. The dowels are chamfered at both ends. This makes it easier for you to countersink the dowels in the respective drill hole.
The longitudinal grooves of the corrugated dowels are particularly suitable for absorbing wood glue. This allows you to achieve really strong connections between your individual wooden elements.

And basically it is important to us: Before you start with the further processing and the finishing work on our lightweight panels, please make sure that you take sufficient work safety measures such as wearing protective goggles and, if necessary, a mouth guard. For drilling or sawing work, it is advisable to additionally wear hearing protection.
Especially with our coated panel materials, the ambient temperature is important during processing. Therefore, make sure that the room temperature is comfortable when you start.
