Two possibilities. It's up to you.
Our finishing panels can be delivered to you in two ways:
- Delivered to your door with our PLATTENLADEN shuttle service for 49 euros
- Picked up by you personally during our warehouse opening hours, coffee included.
Both have advantages. You can decide and indicate your choice directly when ordering.

For 49 euros to your doorstep
More service is not possible!
We are happy to send our finishing panels to you with our PLATTENLADEN shuttle service. We have launched this service for all PLATTENLADEN customers. No minimum order quantity!
Simply order the desired finishing panels in an odd-numbered calendar week in the shop by 8 a.m. on Thursdays and select PLATTENLADEN shuttle service as the shipping method. That's it!
Delivery will be made in the following calendar week with the advised delivery date. By trained drivers who know how to handle our finishing panels.
Your job? All you have to do is watch as your order is carefully unloaded at your door with a forklift truck. That's it! And your interior finishing can be continued!

- You can arrange the delivery date with the shipping company and will receive concrete information shortly before arrival!
- No lugging, no carrying: Our forklift does the work and carefully unloads everything for you.
- In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we send out our PLATTENLADEN semi-trailer truck fully loaded with your orders every week.
In France and the Benelux countries, it leaves every 2 weeks (in the even calendar weeks). - And that's not all: the truck is equipped with a forklift and unloads your finishing panels at your doorstep.
- The delivery date is notified by the shipping company. All you have to do is be at home on the specified delivery day and accept the delivery in comfort. But here, too, we are accommodating you: The delivery driver will call you shortly beforehand to let you know when he will be arriving.
- If you are not at home on the scheduled date, we will keep your finishing panels in good storage and they will be on their way to you with the next tour.
- And that can also happen: If our driver does not meet you at home despite an agreement, the goods will be returned to us and we will store them for you in Münster until you pick them up there or we will deliver them to you on the next tour for an additional charge.

- Select PLATTENLADEN shuttle service when ordering in the shop.
- Please note our planning: Our shuttle always runs its tour in the even calendar weeks from Monday to Friday. You will be informed in advance on which day of the week your delivery will arrive. We must receive your order by 8 a.m. on the Thursday of the preceding, odd-numbered calendar week so that we can load your order.
- Please pay attention to the route planning of the shipping company: Unfortunately, we cannot influence the exact route planning of the shuttle. It always depends on where our truck has to go. The shipping company will tell you the day and time of delivery.
- By there when the truck arrives: Look forward to your delivery and be there when the driver arrives with your order.
A quick note: All of our shipping costs apply to delieveries within the mainland only. The order deadline for our next shuttle is displayed on our homepage.
Self collection
You can also collect your order directly from our warehouse. We look forward to seeing you. A coffee is always available.
Or you can team up with other fitters and one of you can bring several orders to your home at once.
