Then we have another suitable accessory for you: These universal galvanized fully threaded screws with countersunk head are ideal for edge-to-edge, gap-free fastening of your constructions. Without pre-drilling and for metal-wood or wood-wood connections in furniture, store, yacht or interior construction really well suited. Thanks to the full thread, these screws are designed for increased screw pull-out force. So they pin really well in our Queenply.
You may be wondering what the difference is between these and the other full thread screws here in our online store? These screws have an additional center drill point. This allows you to drill into hard surfaces such as HPL or acrylic with pinpoint accuracy and without chipping. The screwing process is somewhat smoother due to the soft thread start.
Please note: You can order these screws in our store in 20 mm or 30 mm length. Please select the right variant for you here on the product page before placing your order.
The screws in 20 mm length are ideal for working with our 12 mm thick Queenply lightweight boards. We recommend the 30 mm length for the further processing of our stronger Queenply boards from 15 mm.

Before you start further processing and finishing work on our lightweight panels, please make sure that you have adequate protective measures in place, such as wearing safety goggles and, if necessary, a face mask. For drilling or sawing work, it is advisable to additionally wear hearing protection.
Especially with our coated panel materials, the ambient temperature is important during processing. Therefore, make sure that the room temperature is comfortable when you start.
