Because, as we all know, a good result starts with the choice of tool. This six-tooth milling cutter with counter-rotating chip breakers ensures good guidance. The steep helix exerts only gentle traction on your workpiece. Delamination of the material layers is prevented. The milling cutter has very good plunging behaviour thanks to a central tooth. The pitch of the spiral flute is 10 degrees. You can use it to mill our MDF and multiplex panels. And it is very suitable for HPL. You can obtain the router bit from us in 60 mm or 75 mm overall length. This circular saw blade is a really good all-rounder for the further processing of your Queenply panels. You can use it to process all our coated variants: Real wood veneers, HPL or acrylic coating and of course the basic panels. Clean cuts without fraying. Suitable for all Queenply surfaces. All-rounder with 165 blade. This circular saw blade is an ideal all-rounder for further processing. It is suitable for all common hand-held circular saws and plunge-cut circular saws with a diameter of 165 mm. With this saw blade you can process all Queenply variants: Real wood veneers, HPL or acrylic coating and of course the Basic panels. Wooden dowel in pin form. Finish: red beech ribbed. For easy connection of wooden elements. The corrugated dowels made of beech are of high quality and are very suitable for invisible connection of individual wooden elements. The right ratio of length (30 mm) and diameter (6 mm) of each dowel allows to achieve good tensile and compressive strength. The dowels are chamfered at both ends. This makes it easier for you to countersink the dowels in the respective drill hole. The longitudinal grooves of the corrugated dowels are particularly suitable for absorbing wood glue. Galvanized steel. Fully threaded for increased screw extraction force. Ideal for furniture making. Various lengths. The galvanized steel screws with full thread and countersunk head are the ideal accessories for the construction of furniture or other interior fittings such as exhibition stands, store fitting or carcass construction with our Queen. Due to the full thread starting directly under the screw head, high load-bearing connections are possible, and the screws are designed for increased screw pull-out force. So you can use them to build really sturdy furniture, attach fittings and hinges, connect individual panels together or make strong screw connections in substructures. In principle, the fully threaded screws are suitable for constructing high load-bearing steel-wood, hardware-wood or panel material-wood connections designed for pull-out. Then we have another suitable accessory for you: These universal galvanized fully threaded screws with countersunk head are ideal for edge-to-edge, gap-free fastening of your constructions. Without pre-drilling and for metal-wood or wood-wood connections in furniture, store, yacht or interior construction really well suited. Thanks to the full thread, these screws are designed for increased screw pull-out force. So they pin really well in our Queenply. You may be wondering what the difference is between these and the other full thread screws here in our online store? These screws have an additional center drill point. This allows you to drill into hard surfaces such as HPL or acrylic with pinpoint accuracy and without chipping. The screwing process is somewhat smoother due to the soft thread start. Wood glue. According to German D4 quality. For high-strength wood-wood joints. Transparent and waterproof. This PUR glue is particularly suitable for gluing wood-wood joints. However, it can also be used to bond wood materials with metals, rubber, concrete and various plastics. The quality has been tested by the German Rosenheim Institute for Window Technology and classified in stress group D4 according to DIN/EN 204. You can therefore use this glue both indoors and outdoors. It is particularly resistant to water and temperature - making it an ideal processing accessory for all Queenply bonding jobs you have planned for your project.  You would like to have some more concrete information about this product? Robust screw-in socket for heavy-duty connections. Can be detached as often as required. Surely you know this from other furniture projects: Turn-in sleeves are really good for easily connecting individual wooden elements and building sturdy pieces of furniture or other furnishings from them. So a very good complement for our lightweight panels. Unlike dowels, these sturdy screw-in sockets are made of galvanized steel and can be unscrewed as often as required with a hexagon socket and collar and are suitable for bolt furniture connectors SE 15 and SL 15. Please note: We have two different variants of screw-in sockets for you in our store: 6 × 12 mm and 8 × 15 mm. For large-area, strong adhesive bonds. Elastic and temperature resistant. For interior and exterior use. This SMP-based adhesive sealant is very suitable for large-area, strong adhesive joints of the Queenply. Due to its elasticity, the adhesive compensates for the expansion of different materials, this adhesive sealant can also compensate for vibrations. You can use it not only indoors, but also outdoors if necessary, it is even used in assembly bonding of solar panels or staircase construction. Galvanized steel. Contracting bottom thread. Gapless mounting. For all Queenply thicknesses. These partially threaded screws with a contracting underhead thread can be used wherever you need a quick and gap-free tightening of wood-wood connections. Due to the underhead thread with low thread pitch and enlarged outer diameter located below the screw head and thanks to the cupped milling elements in the tip, the gap-free connection of second lightweight panels works. And thanks to the partial thread starting immediately after the shank, tightening is possible. In the process, the thread is positioned completely in the lower second component. And it holds really strong. These screws are suitable for all our Queenply thicknesses and finishes. We have them in a length of 30 mm and with a diameter of 3.5 mm here in our store. Contracting underhead thread. Precise positioning. For gap-free mounting. For all Queenply thicknesses. With a length of 40 mm, these partially threaded screws are not only the longest screws in our online store, but are also equipped with a center drill point. This allows you to drill precisely and very cleanly even on harder surfaces. Thanks to the pointed centering mandrel, the screw will not slip. The threaded start of the screws allows you to screw quite quickly afterwards. Due to the contracting underhead thread, you can use these screws wherever you need a quick and gap-free tightening of wood-wood connections. Due to the nature and arrangement of the individual threads, the wooden elements to be screwed together are pulled together extremely strongly. And it holds properly. Due to the underhead thread with low thread pitch and enlarged outer diameter located below the screw head and thanks to the cupped milling elements in the tip, this connection also works without gaps. Dowel in platelet form. For universal and effective connection of wooden elements. Red beech fluted. As an alternative to classic corrugated dowels, you can also use the flat dowels or wood connecting plates made of beech to connect our Queenply elements. The high-quality plates with a size of 45 mm x 15 mm x 4 mm (length x width x thickness) swell slightly during gluing and therefore hold particularly firmly. Due to the corrugation, the glue is well absorbed. In combination with our PUR glue, you thus get a universal connection system for surfaces, corners or frames and can thus connect the individual wooden elements invisibly and cleanly.
