Our 5-layer solid board MOSO® Bamboo with wide slats is so versatile that there are hardly any limits to your creativity. The reason: thanks to the use of Moso bamboo, it is extremely robust, stable and particularly sustainable.
Because of its hardness and stability, you can use it ideally for flooring and building stairs or for making furniture such as tables, chairs or cupboards. In interior design, it offers many great possibilities for wall cladding. Worktops made of Moso Bamboo are extremely popular, both in the van and in the contract sector, because the solid board does not mind extreme use.
In addition to the high-quality workmanship, the high level of robustness is mainly due to the bamboo from which the worktops are made. Bamboo is known for its hardness and stability. The fibres of Moso bamboo are long and dense, which in turn gives our panels a high tensile and compressive strength.

Structure
The solid board MOSO® Bamboo wide lamella is constructed in five layers. For the wide lamellae, the individual bamboo strips are placed horizontally and then glued together. This creates the wide line pattern and you can clearly see the characteristic bamboo knots. The surface of the boards is untreated.

Steamed
The solid boards have been steamed so that the basically natural light color of the bamboo changes to a warm caramel brown. This makes for a warmer coloring.
Thicknesses
You have the choice between 20 mm and 40 mm thickness. Depending on what you want to use the solid board for. Either way, our shuttle service will bring it to your door for only 49 euros.
Stability
MOSO® bamboo panels are so stable because of the composition of the individual bamboo strips and the positioning and direction of each layer. This means they shrink and swell less than most solid woods. In terms of hardness and density, our MOSO® bamboo panels are an absolute rival to the best hardwood products and are therefore also suitable for use in heavy-duty applications.
All solid bamboo panels are Brinell >4 kg/ mm².
Care
Moso bamboo panels are easy to care for. They can be wiped with a damp cloth and cleaned with a mild detergent if necessary. However, it is important that you protect the boards from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to ensure their longevity.
Formaldehyde emissions
MOSO® bamboo panels have low formaldehyde emissions, corresponding to class E1 (EN 717-1) or class E0. If you have any questions, please contact us.
CO2 neutrality
Official LCA and carbon footprint studies (ISO 14040/44) confirm that solid MOSO® bamboo panels are CO2 neutral throughout their lifecycle.
