For you: Finishing quality right from the start! Our untreated Queenply has already been used in numerous projects. And we always get a compliment fro the extremely low weight and high quality. You won't find plywood panels like this in any DIY store. Even building substructures of any kind is really fun
You can choose from different thicknesses between 4 mm and 22 mm. Depending on the thicknesses, the panels have a weight of approx. 320 - 350 kg/m3. If that doesn't save weight and a lot of lugging around! Due to the multiplex structure, this finishing panel has a high screw pull-out strength and good stability. As we calibrate the panel to 0.2 mm, the thickness tolerance is low.

This Queenply variant is certainly more cost-effective than others. But there is a reason for this: the untreated lightweight panels are intended exclusively for substructures and other construction purposes, as a basis so to speak.

The gluing of all untreated Queenply is MR (moisture resistant) and is therefore suitable for the construction of camper vans as well as ship interiors.
We calibrate all lightweight panels to an accuracy of 0.2 mm in order to achieve better surface and a lower thickness tolerance.
Multiplex panels such as Queenply untreated do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF substrates. Any surface unevenness that may occur is due to the nature of the substrate and is not a reason for complaint.
We also take great care to ensure that the Queenply panels leave our warehouse in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not a reason for complaint.
During further processing, please ensure that you take adequate health and safety measures, such as extracting the chips and wearing safety goggles and a protective mask.
Due to the low weight of Queenply, there is increased dust generation during processing.
We recommend PUR hotmelt gluing for this lightweight construction panel (siehe FAQ).
And one more important note: We pack your construction panels with particular care before despatch and ensure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. But even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is dented or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that, too. That's why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply extension panel in advance: 249 cm x 121 cm for the unfinished panel, 243 cm x 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm x 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your project - and feel free to recommend us to others.
