Acrylic decor in supermatt. Elegant color tone. High quality and easy to clean. On extremely light multiplex.
This dyed-through acrylic decor is really something quite different: the petrol shade in supermatt looks fresh on the one hand, but also very high-quality. And perhaps it suits your love of nature and the outdoors?
The surface structure is sure to delight you when you hold the lightweight panel in your hands. It is velvety-soft and feels very pleasant. The color is highly UV-resistant. So that the great color does not fade so quickly.
Many high-quality surfaces are sensitive at the same time – not this acrylic decor. It is scratch-resistant, chemically resistant and has antibacterial surface properties. Not a bad plus in this day and age.
The basis for the decor is of course our Queenply Multiplex in 15 mm or 18 mm thickness, covered on both sides. This allows you to give free rein to your creativity. You can find all the necessary technical information here in the details.

The weight of Queenply acrylic petrol supermatt is approx. 320 – 350 kg/m³. It has a high screw pull-out resistance and particularly good staying power due to the multiplex construction. This makes it easier for you to work with and brings less sweat to your face.
The finishing board is stable, the acrylic surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
In order to achieve a better surface smoothness and a low thickness tolerance, we have calibrated the support panel to 0.2 mm. The lightweight board then has a 0.5 mm thick acrylic decor on both sides. Everything is, of course, glued waterproof using our PUR hotmelt process.
Transport protection film
And to ensure that nothing happens to the high-quality surface during transport and that you can start your job without any hassle, we supply the elements with a transport protection film on both sides.
This protective film should only be removed after the installation has been completed. Please leave this film on the surface during the entire installation process. This protects the great decor.
After the protective film has been removed, the surface is ready for use; additional polishing is not necessary.

Storage
Long storage periods of more than 6 months and storage in the sun (UV light) can damage the surface.
Plywood-multiplex supports such as Queenply acrylic decor petrol supermatt do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF supports. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the substrate and are no reason for a complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects that do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice are assessed according to the sorting regulations based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardization.
We also take great care to ensure that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not grounds for complaint.
Please also note that the representation of the acrylic decor color on your screen may differ slightly from the original color! If you have any questions, please contact us.
If you are going to process our lightweight panels, please ensure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing protective goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust formation when processing the Queenply.
And another important note: We pack your finishing panels with special care before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that too. That’s why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your project – and feel free to recommend us to others.
