Wood veneer knotty spruce. Multiplex core panel. Light and decorative. For beautiful finishes.
Light, fresh, decorative: this is the effect of knotty spruce in interior design. If you like this decor and it suits your project, we have just the thing.
Our Queenply lightweight panel with knotty spruce veneer weighs only approx. 320 – 350 kg/m³. Because it is so light, it can be processed very well, just like all other Queenply boards. You feel the quality from the first minute. And you also save a lot of total weight.
The surface is moisture-regulating and therefore ideal for the climate conditions in your mobile home or yachts interior. You can find all the other technical properties of Queenply Multiplex knotty spruce under the technical details.
Please note: Due to the specific properties of the wood, there may be small open knots in the veneer in one place or another. This is due to the nature of the wood itself and is not a reason for complaint.

You can order our Queenply with knotty spruce veneer on one or both sides. The single-sided veneers are perfect for walls and ceilings. In the color tone of the light knotty spruce, it looks friendly and homely. Multiplex boards veneered on both sides are the ideal boards for furniture construction.
But no matter which Queenply panel you need from us: all variants have a high screw pull-out resistance and particularly good staying power. How do we achieve this? With multiplex construction.
We calibrate the carrier panels to 0.2 mm so that you directly have a better surface stability in them. At the same time for the calibration to a lower thickness tolerance.
The gluing is MR (moisture resistant).
The veneer is about 50% lighter than an HPL coating.
Thanks to its moisture-regulating properties, this multiplex board is suitable for both motorhome and ship interior fittings.
Plywood multiplexture beams such as the Queenply with knotty spruce veneer do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF beams. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the substrate and are not grounds for complaint. Due to the production process, open knots must be accepted and cannot be complained about.
We also take great care to ensure that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the boards caused by transport or further storage is not grounds for complaint. As you may already know, veneers are a natural product made of wood and are therefore always absolutely unique. That is what makes them so unique. However, this is also the reason why our veneers shown in the shop are only exemplary representations and slightly deviating surfaces are also in the nature of things. Please take this into account in your planning and selection. When processing the veneer, please ensure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing safety goggles and a protective mask.
Due to the low weight of the Queenply, there is an increased dust formation during processing.
And another important note: We pack your finishing panels with special care before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that too. That’s why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your extension – and feel free to recommend us to others.
