With our acrylic decor in extremely matt gray, we have a really chic and at the same time timeless decor for you in our program. You can combine this gray wonderfully with bright colors or wood and design a cozy, elegant finish.
The advantage of this acrylic decor is its really elegant and high-quality surface. The super-matte look works on its own. The velvety soft surface makes everything doubly beautiful. At the same time, you’re installing real quality here: the surface of the acrylic decor is scratch-resistant, easy to clean and UV-resistant, so the color won’t fade quickly in the sun. In addition, the surface structure is antibacterial.
For easy finishing, we will of course apply the decor to our best lightweight panel for you: Queenply, optionally in 15 mm or 18 mm thickness. The low weight (approx. 320 – 350 kg/m³) facilitates the processing and saves you a lot of weight later on. All further technical details can be found right here.

You get the acrylic decor in gray extremely matt in combination with our 15 mm or 18 mm thick Queenply carrier panel. Due to the multiplex construction, we achieve a high screw pull-out strength and the good durability of the plates.
We calibrated the support panel to 0.2 mm in order to obtain a better surface smoothness and lower thickness tolerance.
The acrylic decor on both sides is 0.5 mm thick. The PUR hotmelt process gives the lightweight panel a moisture-resistant bonding, so that it is ideally suited for the conversion of your motorhome.
And to ensure that nothing happens to the high-quality surface during transport and that you can start your job without any hassle, we supply the elements with a transport protection film on both sides.
This protective film should only be removed after the installation has been completed. Please leave this film on the surface during the entire installation process. This protects the great decor.
After the protective film has been removed, the surface is ready for use; additional polishing is not necessary.

Storage
Long storage periods of more than 6 months and storage in the sun (UV light) can damage the surface.
Plywood-multiplex supports such as the Queenply with acrylic decor gray supermatt do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF supports. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the carrier and are no reason for a complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects, which do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice, are assessed according to the grading rules based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardization.
We also take great care that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory perfectly and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not a reason for complaint.
Please also note that the representation of the HPL color on your screen may differ slightly from the original color! If you have any questions, please contact us.
If you are going to process our lightweight panel, please make sure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing safety goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, the processing of Queenply results in increased dust formation.
