Our Moso bamboo solid wood panel is a real alternative to any hardwood and definitely more environmentally friendly!
It is extremely versatile, particularly stable and at the same time sustainable. You can use it wherever you need really resistant, high-quality material: flooring, furniture, wall panelling, worktops, doors or stairs.
Apart from the high-quality workmanship, this is mainly due to the bamboo from which it is made. Bamboo is known for its hardness and stability. That is why these panels are also suitable for applications with extreme loads. The fibres of Moso bamboo are long and dense, which gives the boards high tensile and compressive strength.
Due to the composition of the individual bamboo strips and the positioning and direction of each layer, MOSO® bamboo solid boards shrink and swell less than most solid wood species. This 5-layer high-sided bamboo board is available in our shop in 40 mm thickness.
For special aesthetics, these solid boards are steamed, so that the basically natural light color of the bamboo changes to a warm caramel brown.

Structure
The solid board MOSO® Bamboo 5-layer on edge consists of 5 layers of solid bamboo. The vertical lamellae are created by vertically placed bamboo strands that are glued together. This creates a narrow line pattern in the appearance, whereby the classic bamboo knots are only very discreetly visible. The surface is untreated.

Stability
In terms of hardness and density, our MOSO® bamboo panels are an absolute competitor to the best hardwood products and are therefore also suitable for use in heavy-duty applications.
All solid bamboo panels are Brinell >4 kg/ mm².
Formaldehyde emissions
MOSO® bamboo panels have low formaldehyde emissions corresponding to class E1 (EN 717-1) or class E0. If you have any questions about this, just contact us.
Care
Moso bamboo panels are easy to care for. They can be wiped with a damp cloth and cleaned with a mild detergent if necessary. However, it is important that you protect the boards from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to ensure their longevity.
Basically, due to its structure, the high quality and the Moso bamboo as a raw material, this finishing board is extremely durable and, with the right care, will surely accompany you for a lifetime.
CO2 neutrality
Official LCA and carbon footprint studies (ISO 14040/44) confirm that the solid MOSO® bamboo panels are CO2 neutral throughout their entire lifecycle.
