It is coated on both sides with a premium white primer foil, which really saves time and money. Because with this lightweight panel, you don't have to do anything other than choose a great paint in your favorite color and get started. Preparing our Queenply with this foil, we have already taken care of the often time-consuming priming. And you can save money for filler or primer, too.

Queenply with priming foil, like all our Queenply lightweight panels, is extremely light with a weight of approx. 320 - 350 kg/m3. Due to the multiplex construction, it has a high screw pull-out strength and a particularly high staying power.
Tips for your painting:
Whether you simply need to paint your finishing panels in a single color, use patterns or multicolor to create an original piece of furniture, or meet special color requirements for a customer, you can do it all successfully with just a little know-how using our prefabricated Queenply with primer foil.
Whether you paint the lightweight panels before or after assembly is up to you. In many cases, however, it makes sense to paint the panels before assembly, especially if the individual parts are to have different colors.
Important: We recommend that you use a homogeneous finish. In this case, this means painting front and back of the panels so that it do not warp later! The gluing within the carrier plate itself is moisture resistant.
We calibrate all our carrier panels to 0.2 mm to offer you an even better surface smoothness and a lower thickness tolerance.
Plywood-multiplex panels such as the Queenply with primer foil do not have the same surface properties as particleboard or MDF boards. Any surface unevenness that may occur is in the nature of the carrier and is not a reason for complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects, which do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice, are assessed according to the sorting regulations based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardization.
We take great care that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory perfectly and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not a reason for complaint.
And another important note:
We pack your Queenply panels especially carefully before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that, too. That's why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time rather into your extension - and recommend us with pleasure.

If you are going to process our lightweight panels, please make sure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing safety goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust development during the processing of Queenply.
