With our Queenply multiplex with gray-green HPL surface you can realize great fixtures in any case. In combination with a wood veneer like bamboo or walnut, it looks really atmospheric. The surface has a pearl structure, is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. So ideal for all your creative finishing ideas. The core board has the same good technical properties as all our Queens. You can buy the Queenply Multiplex grey-green in two thicknesses from us: as a carrier panel in 15 mm or 18 mm thickness. The HPL processed on both sides in 0.7 mm thickness each is of course of the same color. Very important: We do not process CPL or melamine. The carrier panel and HPL are glued together in a moisture-resistant manner. We use a special PUR hotmelt process for this, so that the Queenply is waterproof.
Due to its low weight of approx. 320 - 350 kg/m3, our Queen is the lightest finishing panel on the market and therefore easier to process than other plywood and multiplex boards.
As with all our multiplex panels, this Queenply surface is resistant to pressure and scratches and is easy to clean.
We achieve the low thickness tolerance through calibration accurate to 0.2mm.
The multiplex construction gives you a panel with high screw pull-out resistance and particularly good stability. No screw will come loose.
Plywood-multiplex panels like the Queenply Multiplex grey-green do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF beams. Any surface unevenness that may occur is in the nature of the carrier and is not a reason for complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects, which do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice, are assessed according to the grading rules based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardization.
We also take great care that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory perfectly and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not a reason for complaint.
Please also note that the representation of the HPL color on your screen may differ slightly from the original color! If you have any questions about this, just contact us. To be on the safe side, you can order a sample of all Queenply variants in our store.
If you are going to process our lightweight panels, please make sure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing safety goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust development when processing Queenply.
And another important note:
We pack your finishing panels with extra care before shipping and make sure they leave our warehouse without damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that too. That's why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your finishing project - and feel free to recommend us to others.
