Product information "Queenply Multiplex White"

Lightweight panel. High quality HPL in white. Different sizes. Pearl matt surface.

Forget all the white-coated plywood boards you have used so far. The white decor of our Queenply Multiplex will inspire you. Because we not only pay attention to the technical quality of our wood materials, but also to noble and high-quality surfaces. And even the classic white is in a category of its own. It is pearly matt and feels really velvety.

The HPL surface is valuable, but at the same time easy to clean. That's why Multiplex white is perfect for furniture fronts and carcase areas in your van. It can also be combined with other colours or surfaces. Many of our customers choose a wood veneer to complement this. That looks really great.

You can order this lightweight panel from us in four different thicknesses. A little tip: The lightweight board in 4.6 mm thickness is covered on one side with permatt white HPL. It is therefore extremely suitable for wall and ceiling panelling.

Technical details

Like all Queenply panels, this finishing board has a low weight of approx. 320 – 350 kg/m3 and, due to the multiplex construction, a high screw pull-out resistance and particularly high durability.

The special PUR hotmelt bonding of all panels is waterproof.

We calibrated the carrier panel to 0.2 mm.

Our HPL is not CPL or melamine! It is pressure and scratch resistant, easy to clean and can be cleaned with standard light cleaning agents.

The glueing is moisture-resistant (MR), which makes the lightweight board ideally suited for ship interior finishing.

You are interested in the Queenply coated on one side, because you can cover ceilings and walls with it really stylish? A good choice! However, we would like to point out that these panels can tend to warp slightly due to the one-sided coating and the associated asymmetrical structure. Even we cannot change this. Therefore, a possible warpage is not a reason for complaint.

Important infos!

Plywood and multiplex beams such as Queenply Multiplex pearl matt white do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF beams. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the substrate and are no reason for a complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects that do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice are assessed according to the sorting regulations based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardisation.

We also take great care to ensure that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not grounds for complaint.

Please also note that the representation of the HPL colouring on your screen may differ slightly from the original colour! If you have any questions about this, simply contact us.

If you are going to process our lightweight board, please ensure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing protective goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust formation when processing the Queenply.

And another important note: We pack your finishing panels with special care before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that too. That's why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your extension – and feel free to recommend us to others.
