Watch out! With this decor, you've chosen something really great! Until now, this color was reserved for CVS, German professionals for interior fitter for campervans. However, so many of you liked it so much and the demand for it was so high that we have now been given the go-ahead by CVS to include it in our stock programme.
This means for you: You can now use the Queenply beige extreme matt for your project and build lots of cool things with it.
The deep beige shade is really special and great to combine with other colors or real wood veneers. The professionals of CVS prove time and time again what this can look like in a van.
The super matt surface, the anti-fingerprint effect and the velvety-soft texture are additional plus points. You can feel the difference to cheaper surfaces immediately.
And with Queenply as the core panel, you also have all the technical advantages on your side: a waterproof and heat-resistant PUR hotmelt bonding between the surface and the core panel, so that the surface does not peel off when exposed to heat or moisture. And the panel is calibrated to an accuracy of 0.2 mm, so you don't have to worry about thickness tolerances during further processing.

Thanks to the original Queenply core panel, the Queenply Multiplex beige extreme matt is a very light and very stable furniture panel. Its weight is around 320 - 350 kg/m3. This makes processing easier and saves a lot of weight, especially in van conversions. By the way: Did you know that acrylic decor is also lighter than HPL? So that saves even more weight. Even more so in combination with our Queenply.
You can order this product in a thickness of 15 mm, plus a decorative coating of 0.5 mm on both sides. We calibrate the core panel once again in our manufactury to an accuracy of 0.2 mm so that you can work with perfect gap dimensions during further processing.
With our PUR hotmelt bonding, we provide the lightweight panel with a moisture-resistant and heat-resistant bonding, so that it is not only suitable for commercial construction, but also ideally suited for van and ship conversions. For further information, please see Queenply Facts.
Protective film for transport
Such an exclusive surface naturally needs to be protected during transport. That's why we deliver your panels with a transport protection film on both sides, so that you can start processing without the hassle of transport damage.
This protective film should also only be removed after installation or processing has been completed. Please leave the film on the surface during the entire installation process. It protects the fantastic decor. Once the protective film has been removed, the surface is ready for use. Additional polishing is not necessary.

Storage
Please note: Our Queen can be left in a corner for a while. However, long storage periods of more than 6 months and storage in the sun (UV light) can damage the surface.
Plywood-multiplex supports such as Queenply Multiplex beige extreme matt do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF supports. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the substrate and are no reason for a complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects that do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice are assessed according to the sorting regulations based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardization.
We also take great care to ensure that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not grounds for complaint.
Please also note that the representation of the acrylic decor color on your screen may differ slightly from the original color! If you have any questions, please contact us.
If you are going to process our lightweight panels, please ensure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing protective goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust formation when processing the Queenply.
And another important note: We pack your finishing panels with special care before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that too. That’s why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your project – and feel free to recommend us to others.
