This absolutely high-quality HPL surface from Lamitech has a natural, warm green tone and is ideal for finishing projects in which you want to achieve a cozy and natural atmosphere.
And that's not all. We have two versions of it in our store for you to choose from.
Bonsai Opak (extremely matt, anti-fingerprint) is our absolute Lamitech premium surface. Velvety soft-touch feel, water-repellent, with anti-fingerprint effect and ... resistant to micro-scratches! Micro-scratches from keys, cups or knives can be repaired with a dirt eraser sponge. Everything can be removed in a few simple steps. Even coffee or wine stains are no problem. For kitchen worktops or conference tables alone, this decor is an absolute novelty.
Bonsai Matt (slight pearl structure) is a classic, but also very high-quality HPL surface with a slight pearl structure in matt. Abrasion resistant and disinfectable. You can see and feel the high quality immediately. You will enjoy it for a long time. We are sure of that.
And another thing: you can't only choose the surface variant, but also the thickness of the Queenply carrier panel you need. This means that you can create your own finishing panels. Just as you need them for your furniture, doors, pedestals, counters or worktops.

You can order the Queenply Lamitech bonsai from us in five different thicknesses. The overall thickness of your Queen depends on whether you choose the matt or Opak variant and whether we coat it for you on one or both sides.
Premium-surface: Lamitech bonsai Opak (extremely matt, anti-fingerprint)
Lamitech bonsai Opak is a super-matt surface produced with an anti-fingerprint effect. This soft-touch feel is sure to impress you. The special thing about it is that this surface is also extremely hard-wearing: water-repellent, resistant to micro-scratches and easy to clean.
Very nice: you can simply touch up micro-scratches or stains and let them disappear again. Even permanent marker is no problem. That's why this super surface is perfect for kitchen or store counters, work surfaces, writing and conference tables and much more.
The surface also has a very low reflection.
Surface: Lamitech bonsai matt (slight pearl structure)
Lamitech bonsai matt is a high-quality HPL with a slight pearl structure. The surface is water-repellent, easy to clean, disinfectable and abrasion resistant. In combination with our Queenply as a carrier panel, this composite element is not only very easy to install, but also extremely durable.
Our Queenply also has many product advantages over other lightweight panels.
Gluing
We glue our Queenply composite elements exclusively with a high-quality PUR hotmelt adhesive. We do not use white glue. PUR is waterproof and heat-resistant up to 135° Celsius. The HPL therefore does not peel off as quickly when exposed to heat as with other panels.
Additional calibration
We calibrate every Queenply carrier panel once again at our factory to an accuracy of 0.2 mm. This means you can work with perfect gap dimensions during further processing and have no stress with thickness tolerances. Quality from the carrier panel to the surface.
Screw pull-out strength
We always work in more middle layers into our Queenply than is generally the case. This production method guarantees you significantly greater stability and a particularly high screw pull-out strength. Nevertheless, Queenply remains one of the lightest finishing panels on the market.
Cleaning and care
The Bonsai matt HPL surface is easy to clean with all commercially available, non-abrasive liquid cleaning agents. For example, you can use the surface cleaner recommended by us for our HPL surfaces. You can find it in the accessories section.
In addition, the matt HPL surface can be disinfected with all commercially available disinfectants.
Our premium bonsai Opak surface can be cleaned with a dirt eraser sponge and mild washing-up liquid. This also removes micro-scratches. There are just a few things to bear in mind to avoid damaging the super-matt anti-fingerprint surface. Please take a look at the cleaning instructions in advance.
Edging
Please note: These elements are unedged. The HPL / acrylic may protrude at the sides. We have dispensed with the edging, as each panel has to be edged again by you before installation anyway. We therefore charge 1 cm less for each side of each composite element in advance (243 cm × 121 cm).
Storage
Of course you can store the panels for some time. Please make sure that you store them horizontally in a dry place and protect them from excessive temperature and humidity fluctuations as well as UV radiation.

Plywood and multiplex beams such as Queenply do not have the same surface properties as chipboard or MDF beams. Any surface irregularities that may occur are in the nature of the substrate and are no reason for a complaint. Production or material-related minimal defects that do not affect the product quality and are permissible within the 1st choice are assessed according to the sorting regulations based on DIN EN 438 and the international ISO standardisation.
We also take great care to ensure that your ordered Queenply panels leave our factory in perfect condition and arrive undamaged. You can rely on that! However, we would also like to point out that any distortion of the panels caused by transport or further storage is not grounds for complaint.

Please also note that the representation of the HPL coloring on your screen may differ slightly from the original color! If you have any questions about this, simply contact us.
If you are going to process our lightweight panels, please ensure that you take adequate safety precautions, such as extracting the chips and wearing protective goggles and a protective mask. Due to the low weight, there is an increased dust formation when processing the Queenply.
And another important note:
We pack your panels with special care before shipping and make sure that they leave our warehouse without any damage to the edges. However, even with the greatest care, it can happen during transport that a corner is pressed in or the edge is slightly damaged. We know that, too. That’s why we calculate 1 cm less for each side of every Queenply finishing panel in advance: 249 cm × 121 cm for the raw panel, 243 cm × 121 cm for all composite elements and 247 cm × 120 cm for all veneered panels. This saves us all a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted on complaints. Put this time into your project – and feel free to recommend us to others.
