With this screen printing plywood panel, again we have something special to offer: a finishing panel that is particularly popular in the USA and Great Britain for furniture construction – a decorative alternative to the classic screen/film plywood.
The elegant black of the screen film in combination with an hexa embossing has a very special style – a little rough, a little cool and, for many, perfect for van life. The color tone is particularly special, and the special embossing adds to this.
The panel is dimensionally stable and robust. We offer it in a thickness of 15 mm (size 125 cm × 250 cm). You can use it for furniture construction, but also as a floor panel instead of vinyl or PVC. It is suitable for use in expedition vehicles or vans, for example for the rear garage or the rear pull-out units. But of course also for truck loading areas or stage floors. Where else you can use it is up to you.
A small bonus: the hexa embossing makes the surface particularly slip-resistant, and we have a test certificate to prove it (slip-resistant R10 according to DIN 51130:2014).
Also good to know: the carrier panel is made of a mix of alder and birch plywood. The film surface on the back of the plate is also black, but smooth. The gluing is waterproof according to EN 636-3s.
