This circular saw blade is a really good all-rounder for the further processing of your Queenply panels. You can use it to process all our coated variants: Real wood veneers, HPL or acrylic coating and of course the basic panels. It is compatible with all standard hand-held circular and plunge-cut circular saws with a diameter of 160 mm.
The saw teeth are made of high-quality metal. This guarantees not only a long service life, but also optimum cuts and a satisfactory end result. In short: This saw blade is a really good all-rounder, the price/performance ratio is right.

Before you start further processing and finishing work on our lightweight panels, please make sure that you take adequate work safety measures, such as wearing protective goggles and a face mask. It is also advisable to use an exhaust system for the chips, as the lower weight of our queen results in increased dust generation during processing.
As a general rule, it is advisable to wear hearing protection when sawing and to only really start sawing when the saw has reached the correct number of revolutions.
Especially with our coated panel materials, the ambient temperature is important during processing. Therefore, make sure that the room temperature is comfortable when you start.
